My mom and I took our first yoga class together at the YMCA in 2008. I noticed the benefits right away as I left the class feeling more stable and centered than when I arrived. I’ve been practicing ever since! Although I feel stronger physically it has always been the peaceful side of yoga that brings me back.
Practicing yoga has helped me channel my creativity into my company and has been a huge part of my success. I took my teacher training through the Yoga Shelter in 2013 and it was a life changing experience.
